Mike Hedberg has over 16 years of professional experience developing and implementing business and operational plans, stumpage appraisals, cutting and road permit submissions with extensive field experience in road and cut block design. Additionally, this experience makes Mike well qualified for managing a variety of resources including run-of-the-river hydro and telecommunication projects. He has fostered solid relationships with Industry, First Nations and Government Agencies by producing quality work in a timely manner. Mr. Hedberg has an entrepreneurial mind set and has an excellent understanding of the forestry and logging business.

Heather Hedberg, RPF
Heather Hedberg has 12 years experience in the field of forest management and forest ecology. She has experience in planning and conducting data collection and processing for complex studies. She was involved with several ecosystem survey and mapping projects with recreation and silviculture research objectives. She is proficient at managing data for silviculture and fulfilling the reporting needs as required. At present her main role is business management and administrative support for the company.

Dave Guilbride, RFT
Mr. Guilbride has a diverse and extensive skill set, based on over thirty years experience in the coastal forest industry. He is experienced in all phases of strategic, operational, and business planning, including timber supply, resource constraints, “logging chance”, budgets and forecasting, as well as the preparation of all required Plans and Permits. Much of his background is in all aspects of forestry fieldwork, layout, and surveying. His experience in solving challenging access issues, i.e. roads and bridges, translates well to other industries and applications. He has developed solid relationships with clients, industry, government, and the public.

Gerald Wolfe, FIT
Gerald Wolfe has over 13 years of operational forestry and resource management experience. His expertise includes field layout and full-phase coordination and project management of both forestry and run-of-the-river power projects.
Mr. Wolfe has extensive experience with LiDAR road design, access planning for power projects, forestry access, penstock routing as well as telecommunication sites and power lines. Mr. Wolfe has built great working relationships with provincial government agencies and First Nations governments. Mr. Wolfe has an excellent understanding of forestry and run-of-the-river hydro projects and has the skills and understanding to contribute at the concept and design level, through to the operational and field implementation level.

Abe Litz, RPF
Abe Litz has 10 years experience in the field of forest management and forest ecology. He has experience in all aspects of silviculture management. His present role is management of the operational silviculture for 150,000m3 of harvesting. Mr. Litz has been responsible for planning and implementing site rehabilitation projects. He has experience in identifying and implementing control programs for invasive species in British Columbia.

Nick Miller, FIT
Nick Miller has 3 years experience and is proving to be accomplished at preparing road layout and design. He has a growing knowledge regarding all aspects of forest engineering.
Mr. Millers professional skills have been developed through an extensive work and educational background. Mr. Miller has worked throughout BC honing his skills gaining expertise in a variety of natural resource disciplines. Nick received his undergrad degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of British Columbia in 2006 and is currently working towards his RPF status. Nick’s skill set has allowed him to build good relationships with clients, industry, government, and the public.

Greg Jones, RFT
Greg Jones brings an array of technical skills and experience in coastal forestry and resource management. Most of Greg's work involves survey level geo-metric road design, site plans and conceptual designs for bridges, communication sites, and powerline installations. Greg has 3 years experience in the coastal forest industry performing road and harvest layout, as well as timber cruising, traversing and surveying.
