Operational Planning

Hedberg and Associates provides operational planning services at various “scales”, ranging from the cut block level, to the drainage level, up to the license or tenure level. Options would include:

  • Harvest planning and projection for various terms i.e. one year, five year. This process is optimized using specific business parameters and is tracked using an in-house database.

  • Road construction planning and associated budget forecasts.

  • Infrastructure planning, including camp, log sort, dump, helicopter drop zones etc.
